Located in Gainesboro Tennessee, Cutting Edge was founded in 2017 by Lucas Hickman and Randy Cherry. They have worked together for the last ten years, Randy as a fabricator and Lucas as an Engineer. They built their working relationship and trust one job at a time, and that is how we plan to help you. It would be great if all parties involved in a project got everything correct on the first round, but in real life, that hardly ever happens. We will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you need, when you need it.

Capabilities
Fabrication
We offer a full range of fabrication capabilities including welding (steel, stainless, and aluminum), cutting, shearing, bending, and rolling.
Waterjet Cutting
We are able to waterjet cut any flat material (steel, aluminum, plastic, rock, etc.) into any 2-D shape that you provide. If you need assistance with a drawing, that can also be provided.
Machining
We currently offer basic manual machining services (milling, turning, and grinding). Future plans include CNC turning and milling.
Waterjet Cutting
If you have a need for custom waterjet cutting, send us an email to operations@cemfllc.com containing any type of autocad file (preferably .dxf). If you do not have access to autocad, you can submit a hand drawn sketch to us that we will then turn into an autocad file and return to you for approval. Make sure you specify the material, thickness, and quantity in the body of the email. We will then provide you a quote for your part.
